Inside Sales Executive

Job Profile

  • Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and CRM data
  • Follow up on marketing leads, inquiries, and referrals
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Track leads, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and delivery teams for smooth order processing

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales profile
