Job Profile
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and CRM data
- Follow up on marketing leads, inquiries, and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Track leads, conversions, revenue, and follow-ups
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and delivery teams for smooth order processing
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales profile
