Job Profile :
- Conduct product training for teachers in Schools/Universities mentioning features of the Digital solutions sessions
- Conduct product demos at Client site
- Create and update training materials: presentations, manuals, FAQs, videos, and user guides
- Develop onboarding modules for new hires
- Support sales teams with product demonstrations and pre-sales discussions
- Troubleshoot basic issues during training and provide user support
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of technical trainings
- Should be willing to travel in PAN India locations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
